Visit to Fondation Sarah Grond

We recently had the privilege of visiting the Fondation Sarah Grond in Helmsange – an organization whose commitment deeply moved us. The foundation is primarily dedicated to supporting families who have suffered the loss of a parent.
The focus is on accompanying the bereaved – particularly the children, but also adults who are not left alone during this difficult time. In addition to emotional and psychological support, the foundation also offers practical assistance with administrative matters. The goal is to provide those affected with stability, guidance, and long-term perspectives.
During our visit, we had the opportunity to get to know the foundation's complex in Helmsange and speak with staff members about their valuable work. It is impressive to see the empathy and professionalism with which they work to accompany families in exceptional situations.
As a sign of our support, we presented the foundation with several LEGO® sets. These are intended for use in the children's daily lives – as creative distraction, educational tools, or simply as small moments of joy.

Material donations such as toys should be fully functional and in good condition.
Clothing is also gladly accepted, but only clean and freshly washed, pre-sorted by size and type.
