New on Brixembourg: our LEGO® & brick event calendar
Anyone who regularly visits LEGO® and building-brick exhibitions knows the problem: many events are announced only on individual websites, club pages, social media or local event calendars. It is surprisingly easy to miss something that may be happening just around the corner.
That is exactly why we have spent a lot of time over the past few weeks building a new section on Brixembourg: our large event calendar for LEGO® and building-brick events.
The idea is simple: bring as many interesting exhibitions, fairs, fan events and other brick-related gatherings as possible into one place, with a clear overview, useful search options and regular updates.
Search, filter and find the right events
The calendar is deliberately more than a long list of dates. You can search for an event, city or venue, choose a date range, show events taking place this weekend or within the next 30 days, and filter the results by country.
That makes it useful for a spontaneous weekend trip, planning a journey, or simply checking what is coming up in your area over the next few months.

The calendar is constantly updated
A calendar like this is never really finished. New events are announced, dates change, organisers release new posters or additional information, and sometimes an event only appears a few weeks before it takes place.
That is why we keep checking, expanding and updating the calendar. Alongside Luxembourg and the Greater Region, it already includes many events in Germany, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland and other European countries.
Not every event has an official poster available straight away. In those cases, we use our own placeholder artwork until a suitable official image becomes available.
Missing an event? Let us know!
With so many events, there will inevitably be occasions when one slips through the net. Perhaps you organise an exhibition or fair yourself, know of an event that is not listed yet, or have just spotted a newly announced date.
Please feel free to contact us. Ideally, send us the key information together with a link to the official event page or organiser.
Brand new – and still evolving
The event calendar has only just launched. A lot of functionality is already in place, but we definitely see the current version as a starting point.
Over the coming weeks and months, we want to keep improving the search, presentation and filtering options. Is there a filter you are missing? Does something feel unintuitive? Do you have an idea that would make the calendar more useful?
You are very welcome to send us those suggestions too. Feedback and ideas are appreciated, because the aim is to build a calendar we would genuinely want to use ourselves – and one that may help you discover an event you would otherwise never have found.
